See the person behind the situation.
Each situation is not necessarily as obvious as it might seem from the outside.
It can be easy to treat each time 'A' happens in the same way, but that's not always the best thing for the people involved because everyone has a story.
To better understand, we need to look at the person behind the situation. What is their story? How did they end up here? How can we make things better - or at least not make things worse - and show grace?
