That is a favourite quote of mine, and a fabulous illustration. As I age, it becomes ever more important to me to be living my whole life artistically. From creating in the studio, to caring for my husband, to engaging with the children and grandchildren and connecting in the community, it feels crucial that bits and pieces of brain, hands and heart appear as the common thread.
