29 Faces - day 19 and foam stamps

So, day 19, and this face is drawn with a single line. I found it surprisingly difficult, not wanting to put a line in the wrong place. I guess it has a particular style to it, though, especially with its one eyebrow :)

And elsewhere on my desk, I haven't been able to track down any rubber-stamp carving material except for erasers which are limited in size, so I made some with foam instead. You can see them below along with a page in progress where I've used some of them.

  1. Have a look on Amazon at Speedball lino cutting products, Tracy, they do some soft cut materials. I haven't used them but I have seen on other blogs that people use them and say they are good. No harm looking! I've used the foam, but I prefer drawing , so it's a while since I have done it. You are an expert, nice clean cuts.
Your continuous line drawing is great. It's quite demanding to do, but produces a nice free image. I love to see people using different techniques, as you are.

And I love your foam stamps, a really good idea!
