Don't let anyone put out your fire.
We all like to weigh in with our opinions. We might not like to admit it, but it's true. However, we need to be careful in what we say, because it is easy to steal someone's joy and put out their fire. And on the other end, I've had times where someone has said something to me and I could feel something inside me shrivel up and die.
So watch your own words, and don't take the words of others too much to heart.
