Rhythms

 

Rhythms. 

We all live with them. 

Daily, weekly, seasonal, annual. 

When our rhythms are interrupted it takes a while to get back into step. A bit like being out of our comfort zone, I suppose. 

What upsets your rhythms and how do you get back again?

  1. That's a lovely page, Tracy, and a great question. One of the things that really helps me to get back into the groove is meditation. Between that and giving into the creative urge, it's a quick and easy trip 'home'!
